Event Cancelled

After careful consideration, we regret to announce that the Florida Sports Coast Beach Soccer Championship scheduled for June 20–21 has been canceled.

While we received encouraging interest and registrations from many teams outside the immediate area, we unfortunately received no team registrations from the Pasco County region. As a first-year event, local participation is critical to building the foundation necessary for a successful tournament. Without that support, it is not possible for us to move forward with the event at this time.

This decision is deeply disappointing. We have invested significant time, effort, and resources over several years in an attempt to bring beach soccer to the Florida Sports Coast region, and we sincerely appreciate the teams, families, partners, and supporters who showed interest and followed through in the event.

TOURNAMENT DETAILS BELOW:

Tournament Dates: June 20th & 21st
Location: Hudson, FL, Sun West Park, 17362 Old Dixie Hwy, Hudson, FL 34667
Format of Play:
- 8u/7u/6u Micro Soccer – 4v4 (4 Field Players, no Goalie – small goals will be used)
- 9u Division plays – 6v6 (5 Field Players, 1 Goalie)
- All other Divisions play – 5v5 (4 Field Players, 1 Goalie)
Recommended Roster Size: 10 players per team (12 player max, although only 12 can sit on the bench at any one time)
Entry Fees:
- $450.00 – Boys & Girls Youth Teams (Micro, 9U – 19U) (Micro guaranteed 4 games, All others 3 matches)
- $450.00 – Men’s, Women’s and Co-Ed Teams
- Scholarships and Club Discount Available
The tournament has the right to put teams of different ages together to make the opportunity for all teams to play.
