1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pro-Am Beach Soccer (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) services, including event registration, participation, or communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

You may not:

  • Misrepresent identity or affiliation
  • Interfere with event operations
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems

3. Event Registration & Participation

By registering for any Pro-Am Beach Soccer event:

  • You confirm all provided information is accurate
  • You agree to follow all event rules and guidelines
  • You understand schedules, formats, and locations may change

Participation is subject to approval and availability.

4. Payments, Fees & Refunds

  • All registration fees must be paid in full prior to participation
  • Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • Event credits may be issued at the Company’s sole discretion
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in removal from events

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in beach soccer and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Physical injury
  • Collision with players or objects
  • Environmental conditions (heat, sand, weather)

By participating, you:

  • Voluntarily assume all risks
  • Release and hold harmless Pro-Am Beach Soccer, its staff, partners, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or injuries

6. Medical Consent

You authorize event staff to seek emergency medical treatment if necessary.

You are responsible for all medical costs incurred.

7. Code of Conduct

All participants, coaches, and spectators must:

  • Act respectfully toward officials, staff, and other participants
  • Follow all facility and event rules

We reserve the right to remove any individual for misconduct without refund.

8. Media Release & Image Rights

By participating in any event, you grant Pro-Am Beach Soccer the right to:

  • Capture photos, video, and audio
  • Use media for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes

No compensation will be provided for such use.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, content, and materials are the property of Pro-Am Beach Soccer and may not be used without written permission.

10. Communications & Consent

By submitting your information through our website, forms, or event registrations, you consent to receive communications from Pro-Am Beach Soccer, including:

  • Email
  • Phone calls
  • Text messages (SMS/MMS), where consent is provided

Communications may include transactional, operational, and marketing messages.

11. SMS Terms of Service

By opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the following:

  • You consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Pro-Am Beach Soccer
  • Message frequency varies
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • You may reply STOP to cancel at any time
  • You may reply HELP for assistance

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate messaging programs at any time.
