Question: I am trying to add my players to the roster and I am not being able to? What do I need to know?
You will need to share the waiver’s link with the parents so they can complete the waiver for their child/player. The coach will be able to add that player to the roster and the player will be automatically roster approved in the event once they have completed the waiver. Due to this event being independent from associations the waiver is for a release from liability for Pro-Am Beach Soccer, it’s partners, and affiliates. Click For Link & Copy It to Send

Question: I am trying to split my team but GotSport is not recognizing my team to be able to create two teams.
Answer: You cannot split your recognized team as you would imagine. You need to put in a name that identifies the second team and it will then provide you an “error” message. At that time, you will be prompted to create a new “independent” team which you will have access to and can build out a roster for.

Question: I am receiving notices that my application is pending and and incomplete. What is wrong?
Answer: In most cases so far this is has been directly linked to either having not added a form of payment, and less often something in the application was left blank that was needed for it to move out of pending and into our box for approval. Once we approve you are billed. If we cannot approve that means most likely your payment information is incorrect or has not been entered.
